Where we are…

Our Head Office site in Shrewsbury is where our Accounts, Customer Services, Human Resources, Logistics, Marketing, National Accounts, Operations, Procurement, Purchasing and Sales teams are located.

Our grs Logistics site at Cold Meece in Staffordshire is where our Refurbishment, Logistics, Inspections and Quality Control functions are based, supported by Administration, Finance and Transport teams.

What we look for…

To join grs as a Sales Professional, we would expect the following of you:

• A strong knowledge of the motor industry
• Proven success in vehicle sales
• An excellent attitude towards gaining new business
• Good account management skills
• The ability to work within a fast paced sales environment
• Excellent communication skills

Operations Professionals will need to demonstrate the following:

• The ability to provide excellent customer support – professionally, accurately and quickly
• The ability to deal with enquiries in a professional manner
• Excellent communication skills, both with customers and suppliers, as well as with your colleagues
• The ability to manage and prioritise your regular administrative functions
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels
• Accurately manage the customer and supplier database
• Work to tight deadlines

In addition you will be:

• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Accurate in your work
• IT literate to a high degree (full training on our systems will be provided)
• Self motivated
• A flexible multi-tasker
